2. Service Requests
Customers may contact us by phone, WhatsApp or website enquiry options. An enquiry does not automatically guarantee a particular technician, time or repair outcome. Appointments are subject to technician availability and service location.
3. Service Charges
Advertised starting prices, including ₹199 where shown, refer to the applicable basic service/inspection/visiting charge as specified on the relevant page. Spare parts, filters, membranes, pumps, SMPS, tanks and additional repair work may be charged separately. Final charges for additional work are confirmed before approval.
4. Inspection and Diagnosis
A technician may inspect the purifier to identify the reported problem. Additional faults may become apparent during testing or related component replacement. Additional work should be approved by the customer before proceeding.
5. Spare Parts
Replacement parts depend on the purifier model, condition and availability. Applicable replacement charges will be communicated before replacement where practical.
6. Service Warranty
Where a specific repair or replacement carries a service or part warranty, the applicable period and conditions will be communicated to the customer. Warranty may not cover physical damage, water/electrical damage, electrical fluctuations, improper use, pests/rodents, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, or unrelated faults.
7. Same-Day Service
Same-day service may be available in selected Lucknow areas subject to technician availability, service location, workload and appointment availability. It is not guaranteed for every request.
8. Installation and Uninstallation
Installation/uninstallation may involve applicable charges. The customer should provide reasonable access and required water/electrical connections. Additional plumbing, electrical or structural work may incur extra charges.
9. RO Rental Services
For rental services, applicable monthly rent, security deposit, installation charges, maintenance terms, minimum rental period and other conditions will be communicated before confirmation. Availability depends on models/units available at the time of enquiry. Applicable damage, loss, overdue rental or other charges will be governed by the agreed rental terms.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers should provide accurate contact/service-location information, reasonable access to the purifier, known problem details and use the equipment properly.
11. Service Area
Our primary service area is Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Requests outside the regular service area may be accepted subject to availability and applicable additional charges.
12. Brand Disclaimer
ANS INDIA - RO Repair & Service Center is an independent service provider. Unless specifically stated otherwise, we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an official/authorized service center of KENT, Aquaguard/Eureka Forbes, Livpure, Pureit, AO Smith, ZeroB or any other RO/water purifier brand. Brand names are used only to identify products that we may service or repair.
13. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate. Service availability, pricing, offers, technician availability and spare-part availability may change. Applicable final prices and conditions are communicated before approval.
14. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers may contact us to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If a technician has already been dispatched, applicable visiting or service charges may apply where previously communicated.
15. Limitation of Liability
We make reasonable efforts to provide services professionally. We are not responsible for failures or damage caused by pre-existing conditions, defective components, electrical fluctuations, water quality, improper use, unauthorized repairs, physical damage or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
16. Privacy
Information submitted through our website or during a service request is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised date.
